We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if your product arrives damaged in the mail please contact us right away. The deadline for a refund voucher is 14 days from the date on which you took possession of the product.

Conditions for Returns

• In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that
  you have been approved for a return by us within 14 days of receiving your product. Send pictures of the damage to donna@serenityclay.com

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

The Following Cannot Be Returned:

Sale Items and Grab Bags are not eligible for a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refund Voucher

After we receive the approved return, you will be sent a coupon voucher in an email for the full amount to use in our store on your next visit, use the voucher code when you checkout. The voucher is valid for 1 year of issue date.
